DM Mindful Wellness is designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and empowered from the moment you arrive. Whether you’re joining a Pilates session, a mindful movement class, or a wellness workshop, this guide walks you through exactly what to expect.

Before Your Session

  • Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.

  • What to Bring: A mat (if you have one), water, and any personal supports you prefer.

  • Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

  • Accessibility Needs: If you require adjustments or support, you’re welcome to share this in advance or on arrival.

During the Session

  • A Warm Welcome: Each class begins with a gentle check‑in and grounding moment.

  • Clear, Calm Guidance: Movements are explained verbally and visually, with options for different levels and abilities.

  • Inclusive Approach: You are encouraged to move at your own pace. Modifications and alternatives are always offered.

  • Mindful Atmosphere: Expect a calm, supportive environment with a focus on breath, alignment, and body awareness.

  • No Pressure: There is no expectation to perform or “keep up.” Your wellbeing comes first.

After the Session

  • Cool‑Down & Reflection: Sessions end with a gentle stretch and a moment to reconnect with your breath.

  • Questions Welcome: You’re invited to ask questions or request guidance on anything that came up for you.

  • Ongoing Support: If you’d like recommendations for future classes or ways to support your practice at home, I’m here to help.

DM Mindful Wellness is committed to creating a space where everyone feels safe, included, and supported. If you have specific needs—physical, sensory, or otherwise—please let me know so I can make appropriate adjustments.

Booking & Cancellations

  • Booking: Sessions can be booked directly through the website.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible so your space can be offered to someone else.

  • Class Passes: If you’re using a 6‑Class Pass, your remaining sessions will update automatically.
